Butts & Gutts - For the very brave!  Pure leg asanas (postures) as well as using core-strength.  Prepare to sweat!  Not for the faint-hearted, a strong background in yoga, with excellent flexibility and strength highly recommended.

Chill Flow Yoga - a more energetic and strength based class.  Somewhat based on the premise of our very popular 'chill' class, just a little more kick, you will learn the base for 'vinyasa' yoga......this class is recommended for those at a moderate exercise level.  strength will and can be built with this class.

Chill Yoga – as the name suggests and a fun class filled with lots of stretching.  Learn breathing techniques to help you de-stress and relax.  Learn yoga postures to help the muscles loosen, stretch and the body to relax.  Here you will learn many yoga postures to help with gaining flexibility, therefore, decreasing the risk of injuries to the body, as well as healing current injuries, postures to help you relax and de-stress the mind as well as the body.  **This class is open to all abilities and will be perfect for you whether you are a TOTAL BEGINNER to yoga or an old faithful.  **WARNING** - This class has a slower, very chilled pace, watchout you could relax!!!:)**

 

Intermediate Yoga – a moderate flow of yoga postures linked by a sequence called vinyasa.  Learn the art of breath with movement and enjoy your flow of yoga.  **Intermediate yoga requires some strength and flexibility**

 

Power Flow Yoga - strong flowing yoga recommended to students with a strong practice and fitness and flexibility level.  Learn to 'dance' in your yoga flow with strong postures that you will be holding and challenging your body to your edge.


Intermediate/Power Flow Yoga - a mix of the both, come have fun and even if it's above your level, it's yoga, so you make it sweet for YOUR body:)
