Give a dog or a cat a new home and you an incredible sense of love by adopting them from the Marshfield Animal Shelter! Here are some currently looking for some love.  Adoption fee for cats and small animals is $25 and dogs $50.

------------------------------------

SHAGGY - THE MALAMUTE

Shaggy is a very handsome unneutered male Alaskan Malamute between 3 and 4 years old. He will be neutered prior to adoption. Shaggy loves all people, especially children. He is good with other dogs, but probably is not a good combination with small dogs and cats because of his large size and roughness. This dog will require daily brushing and periodic grooming to maintain his long coat. Because of his large size, we recommend a strong owner who will give Shaggy rules and structure to live by.

MAX - THE CAT

He is approximately 5 years old. An affectionate but sometimes feisty cat. He would do best as an only pet. He was abandoned by his former owners, had been cared for as an outdoor cat by a family that could not keep him because he did not get along with their male cat. He is neutered and up to date on vet work.

emmas thoughts - it's like having a dog, he greets you at the door and is super affectionate, but he's a red-head so be ready for his feisty side for sure!
