I have been practicing yoga for 11 years.  Many of those years were spent in power yoga.  It was not until my teacher training at Finding Inner Peace Yoga School that I discovered the world of yoga beyond the walls of my power class.  It was then that I developed a true appreciation for the art of yoga and its ability to heal, strengthen and restore the body from the inside and out.  I teach everything from Restorative to Power.  My classes incorporate breathing and meditative techniques, as well as, hands on adjustments and massage to create a complete mind/body experience.
